It's Vegas, baby.

So, I have a wonderful friend who resides in North Dakota and is privvy to the native tumbleweed that blows in with the wicked wind. We Vegas-ites get the wicked wind too. Although, WE don't get tumbleweed. No. No. We get stray, wild tu-tu's. So, out of the blue....here comes a rolling, blowing and sometimes airborne - lovely orange and white tu-tu. And just how many ways can you have fun with an orphaned tu-tu and a trampoline?.... According my kids and their friends, about an hours worth. Who needs video games? Pi-tosh.

All's Fair

I had such fun "skipping" school with the kiddos and hitting the fair. It made me so nostalgic for green and life (animal AND plant). It's only 'fair', I guess - that I have as much fun putting in the nostalgia when it comes to editing. Want a little 'yesteryear' in your life?......

Roughing It

Went camping a few weeks ago with some wonderful friends - and it was everything a camping trip should be; charred dogs, tired legs, unbearable wind and great times! Snapped this on the fly and I think it embodies just how I felt during this adventure...."Ooh...what's over the next hill?"
